• Bonfire Chicken Pasta- A freshly blackened chicken breast served over penne pasta tossed with mushrooms, tomatoes and scallions in a Cajun cream sauce
• Baby Spinach With Petite Grilled Salmon- Fresh baby spinach tossed with diced tomato, goat cheese, artichoke hearts, red onion, roasted red pepper and balsamic vinaigrette topped with a grilled 6oz. salmon filet
• Cowboy K.C. Strip Steak- 12oz. center cut strip loin grilled to desired temperature and served with a rich bordelaise sauce, vegetable de jour and your choice of starch
• Hot Ham And Brie- Sliced ham piled high on a ciabatta bun with honey Dijon and brie cheese served hot
